Kusalia is a hydration tracking app published by JDevelop, a French limited liability company (EURL), registered under SIRET 938 123 072 00010, headquartered at 6 place du Président Thomas Woodrow Wilson, 31000 Toulouse, France, represented by Jean-Denis VIDOT, Managing Director (hereinafter "we"). This privacy policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your data.

Data collected

Kusalia is designed with privacy by default. All your data is stored locally on your device and is never sent to our servers.

• Hydration data: amounts consumed, beverage types, timestamps
• Preferences: daily goal, unit of measurement, reminder settings, sound and haptic preferences
• First name: used only to personalize the app's welcome screen

Data not collected

We do not collect any of the following data:

• Email address or phone number
• Location data
• Contacts or photos
• Advertising identifiers
• Browsing or usage data for analytics purposes

Third-party services

Kusalia uses the following third-party services:

• RevenueCat: in-app subscription management. RevenueCat processes transaction data required for subscription functionality (anonymous identifier, subscription type, dates). No personally identifiable data is shared. RevenueCat Privacy Policy
• Apple App Store / Google Play Store: payment processing for Kusalia Pro subscriptions. Transactions are handled directly by Apple or Google under their own privacy policies.

Storage and security

Your data is stored in a local database (SQLite) on your device. It never passes through any external server. The security of your data depends on your device's protection (lock screen, system encryption).

Export and deletion

• Export: you can export all your data in JSON format from the app's settings.
• Deletion: you can permanently delete all your data using the "Reset data" option in your profile. This action is irreversible.
• Uninstallation: removing the app will delete all local data.

Notifications

Kusalia may send local hydration reminder notifications. These notifications are generated locally on your device and do not require any server connection. You can disable them at any time from the app's settings.

Use by minors

Kusalia can be used by anyone. The app does not collect any personally identifiable data and does not require account creation.

Changes

We reserve the right to modify this privacy policy. Any changes will be indicated by updating the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the app after modification constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
